THE SUBJECT OF THIS INNOVATION IS THE MANUFACTURE OF A TEXTILE MATERIAL BY SIMULTANEOUS DOUBLESIDED NEEDLE PUNCHING. THE PROCESS, AS PER THE INVENTION, CONSISTS IN SIMULTANEOUS, DOUBLE-SIDED NEEDLE PUNCHING OF THE FIBROUS MATERIAL USING DOUBLE-SIDED PUNCHING HEAD IN THE PUNCHER.

The textile material obtained using this process has a number of favourable features, and its superior characteristics ensure high effectiveness when using this innovatively obtained material for filtering inserts or thermal insulation. Puffy external layers fill the role of an initial filter and densified internal layer - a highly effective filter. In insulation materials, the spatial external layer with lots of trapped air provides good insulation characteristics and the strongly bound internal layer prevents deformations and material protrusion. In the same production process, the reverse movement of needle punching plates limits the vertical vibration of the equipment, enabling the machine’s installation without the erection of a special foundation and thus its further relocation does not require complicated operations and restructuring of the shop floor.
