THE PROCESS OF FIBRE PRODUCTION, AS PER THE INVENTION, ENABLES THE CREATION OF FIBRES FROM PLANTS WITHOUT A FIBROUS STRUCTURE. THUS, IT ALLOWS UTILISATION OF OVERPRODUCTION OF CEREAL STRAW IN FARMING TAKING PLACE IN RECENT YEARS. THE CEREAL STRAW CAN BE PROCESSED WITH THE SAME EQUIPMENT THAT IS PRESENTLY USED FOR PROCESSING FIBROUS PLANTS.

The economic advantages of the technology application are mainly:
• lowering the prices of raw materials for manufacture of products containing coconut fibre,
• limiting coconut fibre imports,
• utilisation of the significant amounts of cereal straw presently destined for burning,
• ability to manufacture new, cheaper products with high content of cottonised fibre of fibred cereal straw.
Fibred cereal straw, owing to its properties, could be used in significant quantities in the textile industry, mostly in technological products (insulation and disinfection mats, mattresses, etc.). Fibred cereal straw as well as products containing such fibres are innovative on a global scale and constitute significant progress in innovative technologies.

Textile sector – technical fibre.
